THE PROCESS

  WE MAKE THE PROCESS EASY
 
 
 
STEP 1: SIGN UP - LIST YOUR HOME

Click on the 'LIST MY PROPERTY' button to get started and fill out the basic information required to get started. Once submitted an email will be sent to you with the following additional forms:
  • WORKING WITH A REALTOR® DOCUMENT
     
  • MULTIPLE LISTING CONTRACT

All listing documents can be signed online with your digital signature with our Adobe Acrobat Docusign and sent back to us for review.

Our property valuators will then be able to compare your property details to other properties currently active and recently sold to determine a suggest list price and value for your home which we will relay back to you when finalizing your selling price.

You will have access to our video tutorials to assist in completing your MLS® listing paperwork and can call our toll free line 1 (888) 568 8843 if you have any other questions that need to be answered.

If you are selling a strata property we will advise you to order any documentation that will be requested as a condition in the buyers purchase offer. Click here for a complete list of these strata documents.


STEP 2: WE SUBMIT YOUR PROPERTY TO REAL ESTATE BOARD

Your property will be submitted to the appropriate real estate board within 48 hours. Depending on your Real Estate Board your property may be posted for sale on your Real Estate Board’s MLS® system within 72 to 96 hours. Buyers will immediately begin contacting you via your requested form of contact.


STEP 3: PREPARE FOR REALTOR AND BUYER SHOWING REQUESTS

STEP 4: SUBMIT INCOMING OFFERS FOR OUR REVIEW

All potential buyers and realtors will be instructed upfront to email your offer to our office for our review prior to your negotiations or acceptance. We will use our experience and negotiation skills to advice you on the best way to negotiate or counter the offer until an acceptable sale price is agreed upon and a conditional offer is accepted.

Once the buyer’s conditions to the contract have been removed you will now have a firm offer and we will forward all your sale documentation to the lawyer or notary you provided when you submitted your MLS® listing.


STEP 5: LAWYER/NOTARY WILL CONTACT YOU TO CLOSE

You will be contacted by your lawyer or notary to arrange a time prior to your closing date to sign all the necessary closing documentation and your home will be sold. Your lawyer will deduct from sale proceeds the balance of $3,150 to be paid to For Sale By Owner Vancouver fee and the Buyers Realtor’s Brokerage commission as per your listing agreement.
